Terms and Conditions

1. All outfits are new, sized free and in good condition.
2.Delivery in Malaysia is estimated about ten working days upon receipt of full payment. Delivery of available stock is about two working days upon receipt of full payment. We will inform you of any delay due to unforeseeable circumstances.
3. Buyers are to bear courier fee of RM6 (West Malaysia) / RM9 (East Malaysia) via PosLaju. If you are not from Malaysia, please drop us an e-mail for inquiry.
4. Any item sold is not refundable or exchangeable.
5. Refund will be made only if any item is out of stock.
6. Order will be replied within 24 hours with confirmation given.
7. Kindly bank-in or transfer payment within 48 hours after confirmation received.
8. Please email us once payment has been made with details of your paying bank and payment amount.
9. Buyers who disappeared after confirmation will be blacklisted.
10. Pictures and measurements of outfits are provided by our supplier. Buyers buy at their own risk.
11. Buyers should allow for approximately 1 inch discrepancy for measurement stated on dresses due to different ways of measurement.
12. Actual colour may be slightly different with the picture due to different monitor settings.
13. We do not entertain on any dissatisfaction of quality, material and size.
14. We will not be held responsible for any parcel loss or damages outside our premise.
15. We reserve the rights to change our site, policies, terms and conditions at any time.
